The Willcox Magistrate Court is responsible for resolving civil traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, and City Ordinances which include animal violations, excessive noise, and other infractions. All such offenses must have occurred inside the City limits of Willcox. Should your violations have occurred outside of the City’s jurisdiction, please look at the bottom of your citation to see where you must appear.

Our Mission

The mission of the Willcox Magistrate Court is to provide a forum for the fair and impartial adjudication of alleged violations as established by the Arizona Revised Statutes and City of Willcox Municipal Code. The Court will strive to resolve these cases expeditiously and efficiently in an environment that is safe for all concerned. We shall do this in a manner which will enhance and uphold the integrity and independence of the judiciary, thus maximizing our community’s confidence in the court. We will strive to become increasingly customer service oriented, innovative and creative in technology and in all of our operations. The court shall maintain a supportive working environment by encouraging teamwork and employee growth.
