A.R.S. § 9-499.15, PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on August 20,2012 the Willcox City Council will consider Ordinance NS311 for adoption relating to the Primary and Secondary Property Tax Levies.  Public Hearings on the tax levies will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012 , Monday, August 6, 2012  and on Monday, August 20, 2012 at the regular City Council meetings held at 300 W Rex Allen Dr, Willcox, AZ 85643.

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the City of Willcox Gas Utility Rates change monthly to reflect the variable pass-through costs of natural gas purchases by the City.

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Willcox Sunset Cemetery Rates will be adjusted July 1, 2012 to reflect an annual cost of living adjustment.

In accordance with A.R.S. § 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that each year the City of Willcox adjusts the sewer rate annually based on the customer’s water usage in the preceding winter quarter in accordance with Resolution No. 2007-50.
